Cruising is so much more fun as part of a group!
One of our most popular events of the summer for the last ten + years has been the annual KYC Cruise to Edgartown over the July 4th weekend, with at least a dozen KYC boats going every year for between 3 and 5 days.
Activities in Edgartown usually include dinghy trips to Chappaquiddick Island/Cape Poge Bay, Lighthouse Beach and/or South Beach, a cocktail reception on the deck of the Harbor View Hotel (tentatively scheduled for Saturday afternoon, July 3rd this year).
Please contact Jerry Murphy at firstname.lastname@example.org with any further questions and with your arrival date.
THIS WEEK’S FEATURE IS THE PIXAR CLASSIC, “FINDING DORY”
An old-fashioned drive-in movie – just the way you remember them. Only wetter.
The movie will be projected onto the wall of the big shed facing the front face docks, and the soundtrack will be broadcast on 90.3 FM. Watch it from your boat, from your dinghy, or pull up a chair on the “lawn” next to the travel lift
It’s more FREE fun from Kingman Yacht Center!
It’s all about fun – and it’s open to all children 16 and under. The rules are as simple as could be: The biggest fish caught off of the Kingman docks wins, and we’re awarding $225 in cash prizes!
There’s no pre-registration or entry fee. Just bring your catch to the dockhouse to weigh in between 10:00AM and Noon.
Our 14th “Get Out On Your Boat and Fish for Fun, Prizes and Bragging Rights” Tournament!
Register your boat at the Kingman Dockhouse after May 1st. Registration is $50 per boat to enter the tournament. Prize purse will be based upon the number of boats participating and awarded to winners in each of 2 categories: the largest striped bass and the heaviest string of 3 black sea bass.
There are no boundaries for the fishing area, but all boats must be in the weigh-in area by 3:00PM sharp!
Stay tuned for more details.
